Requirements
You must be 16+ to enrol in an RSA or RCG course in Parramatta and NSW. Bring the required identification and have your USI ready.
Learning support
You need to understand the course materials, follow instructions and complete assessments. Contact HCA before booking to discuss learning support.
Certification
Certification follows successful completion of the relevant course requirements. RCG also requires the Liquor & Gaming NSW online assessment before the interim certificate is issued.

Hospitality training in Parramatta
Public courses in Parramatta are coming soon.
Our Parramatta training venue is on level 7 at 79 George Street and has been running since June 2021. Enter through the glass sliding doors, take the lift to level 7 and look for the training room.
Choose an RSA or RCG course from $150, or book the RSA + RCG combo if you need both. Combo courses run across separate sessions, so check both dates and times before booking.
Training materials and resources are included. Bring the required identification and have your USI ready. Read the requirements for your selected course before you attend.

The venue is approximately a five-minute walk from Parramatta Station.
PARK
